Orders with an Australian delivery address are sent via Parcel Post with Sendle or Australia Post.
Standard Delivery - $12.00 all orders within Australia.
Express Delivery - $16.00 all orders within Australia
Please note: Delivery days do not include public holidays. We are unable to change your shipping method once you have placed your order.
DELIVERY OF PURCHASE
While we do everything we can to ensure your order is delivered in a timely manner, we will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by incorrect information provided by the purchaser, such as; address and contact details.
You can rest assured that we'll keep your purchases safe until they've reached you - promise! Your order will be processed and shipped through Sendle or Australia Post as soon as possible. If nobody is home to receive the parcel, a card will be left saying that they have attempted to deliver and provide you with details on where the parcel is being held.
DELIVERY PROCESSING TIME

Before we can send your order, we may need to confirm your details with your card issuer. We will do our best to keep delays to a minimum.

Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes a 48-hour period where your items will be processed and dispatched.

While we aim to ensure that all orders are received when expected, delivery to a remote destination is not always guaranteed to arrive within the specified delivery time frame.

We offer express delivery at $15.00 (for orders within Australia).

Express orders placed weekdays before 2 pm AEST will leave our warehouse on the same day. Orders placed outside of these times will leave the next business day (upon confirmation of your details with your card issuer).

If the order is placed after 2 pm on a Friday, or on the weekend, the order will be dispatched on Monday.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Products purchased on this website can be delivered outside of Australia. If you are based overseas, we are happy to assist you. We will calculate your shipping costs when you place your order (Australia Post Shipping cost plus standard processing fee A$30 -. We use Australia Post postage. Please enter the postcode 3101 (Kew) in the 'From' field and your own postcode in the 'To' field.
We work closely with our shipping partner to minimize the potential impact of delays to our international customers. However, any additional taxes or duties applied by customs at the destination country are the responsibility of the delivery recipient (you). Unfortunately, these charges are out of Dermal Hub’s hands and vary widely from country to country, so we are unable to predict what your particular charges may be and are not included in the cost of delivery. For more accurate information, we’d suggest getting in touch with your local customs office so you’re not surprised if there are any unexpected shipping charges and delays at your end.
Please note in accordance with Australian export regulations we are required to declare the exact value of all items and identify the order as dutiable “merchandise” and are prohibited by law from identifying an order as a “gift” for export purposes.
LOST OR DAMAGED GOODS
If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact our Customer Service team via email at or by phone between Monday to Friday 9 am - 5 pm AEST.
For orders within Australia allow 7-10 working days. If you have not received your order within 7 working days (10 for regional areas), please contact us so that we can assist you.
For international delivery periods allow up to 14 working days, if you have not received your order within this time please contact us so that we can assist you. For parcel enquiries you can also contact Australia Post directly on 137 678.
